Key Responsibilities of a Home Manager:
- Overall running of the home; including budgets, staff management, quality and compliance.
- Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries.
- Building Relationships and Communication with residents, relatives and external stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with CQC and the local authority.
- Building and maintaining high occupancy.
- Maintaining minimal agency usage.
- Experience in Nursing and Residential Care Homes essential.
- Experience working with the Elderly and Dementia residents.
- Ambitious and motivated individual.
- Strong leadership.
- Good track record with CQC.
- Computer literacy.
- Salary of 55,000
- 6000 performance bonus.
- 33 days annual leave.
