Title: Trainee Mortgage Advisor
Remuneration: This role is a self-employed trainee position. You will receive a retainer for the early months and a high commission split thereafter. Uncapped commission and and opportunity to be earning over 45K in your first year. You must have CeMAP qualification to apply for this role.
Location: Dronfield
Trainee Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities;
- Recording and updating the lead enquiries on our database
- Conducting fact finds
- Emailing a confirmation of appointment to the client
- Liaising with the mortgage lender, client, valuer and solicitor and keeping the mortgage advisor informed
- Learning from the Mortgage Advisors and widening their knowledge and skills
- Taking daily direction and guidance from the Mortgage Advisors
Requirements to become a Trainee Mortgage Advisor;
- CeMAP is essential, only apply if you have this qualification
- Mortgage or financial experience preferred but not essential
- You must be able to commute to Dronfield as you will be based in an office at least 3 days a week.
