The Role:
As a KS2 Teacher with Academics, you will:
- Deliver engaging lessons and follow the school's lesson plans to ensure students experience minimal disruption.
- Maintain records of student progress and other relevant information.
- Uphold classroom order and implement the school's behaviour policy.
- Communicate with parents as needed, including attending meetings and liaising with the head teacher.
- Contribute to a safe and secure learning environment for students.
- Utilise the school's planning materials to provide tailored learning experiences.
- Effectively deploy classroom support staff to enhance learning.
To be a KS2 Teacher with Academics, you must have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- An Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to undertake one).
- Solid safeguarding knowledge and the willingness to complete annual training.
- Experience in behaviour management.
