The Role:

As a KS2 Teacher with Academics, you will:

  • Deliver engaging lessons and follow the school's lesson plans to ensure students experience minimal disruption.
  • Maintain records of student progress and other relevant information.
  • Uphold classroom order and implement the school's behaviour policy.
  • Communicate with parents as needed, including attending meetings and liaising with the head teacher.
  • Contribute to a safe and secure learning environment for students.
  • Utilise the school's planning materials to provide tailored learning experiences.
  • Effectively deploy classroom support staff to enhance learning.


To be a KS2 Teacher with Academics, you must have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • An Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to undertake one).
  • Solid safeguarding knowledge and the willingness to complete annual training.
  • Experience in behaviour management.
