Job Title: Internal Sales Advisor
Location: Dronfield
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - Flexible hours
Salary: Up to £36K
The Internal Sales Advisorwill be responsible for supporting customers and distributors across international sales channels. The role covers enquiry management, order processing, and providing technical/sales support, working closely with various departments to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities of Internal Sales Advisor:
- Act as the main contact for customers, distribution partners, and external sales teams.
- Manage the quoting process from enquiry to order acceptance using CRM systems.
- Source and generate new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound activities.
- Support Regional Sales Teams in building relationships with Channel Partners and End Customers.
- Manage global distribution of demonstration stock to support sales networks.
- Provide quotations and application consultancy.
- Proactively manage the sales pipeline and pursue opportunities.
- Record customer feedback and collaborate with sales channels to gather Point of Sale data.
- Assist in identifying channel partner training needs and facilitate necessary courses.
- Ensure end customers receive excellent support from Channel Partners.
Qualifications and Skills of Internal Sales Advisor:
- A minimum of 2 years sales experience
- Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and assertiveness skills.
- High level of work ethics and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); SAP/CRM experience preferred.
- Interest in technology and manufacturing.
- Ability to multitask, handle deadlines, and maintain a positive outlook.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
