One of the leading manufacturers in the Service Industry has an exciting new opportunity for a Service Sales Manager to join the business. You will be managing a team of 8 sales professionals, both internal and field-based and will an incredible opportunity to develop both your team and customers nationally. They are offering an impressive salary package circa to 65k to 70k with a 650 Car Allowance and additional 20% bonus.
The candidate's location will ideally be Midlands-based, in a local distance to Sheffield as 2 days a week will be in the office with the internal sales team.
Key responsibilities of the Service Sales Manager.
- The role of the Service Sales Manager will be to Define and implement KPI's for the team members and regularly monitor performance in line with the metrics.
- Manage ongoing relationships and further development of FM businesses throughout the UK
- Work closely with the UK Head of Service to achieve targeted results annually.
- Lead and develop the external service sales team to achieve the required results.
- Provide relevant training to help the external service sales team achieve their best potential.
- Take full line management responsibility and work closely with HR when required.
Requirements of the role:
- Experienced Service Sales Manager is required
- FM background is essential
- An excellent people manager who can help drive the sales and performance
- Experience in managing large accounts and completing tenders
In return the successful Service Sales Manager will receive
