Test Technician

Location: Cambridge (CB23)
Duration: Permanent
Hours: 7:30am until 3:45pm Monday to Thursday with an early finish on a Friday
Salary: Up to 29,000

Polytec are looking for a Test Technician for our client based just outside Cambridge. You will need to be prepared to work with solvents for this role.

Responsibilities:

* Ensure products are configured and tested to the appropriate standards
* Contribute to continuous improvements
* Ensure the highest level of quality and process effectiveness
* Provide technical support to test areas

Requirements:

* Mechanical assembly and test experience
* HNC in Engineering or equivalent with at least 1 year's test experience
* Experience of working with wiring diagrams would be advantageous
* Well organised and with excellent problem-solving skills
