We're looking for a QHSE Coordinator for our client based a few miles north of Cambridge. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality, health, safety and environmental regulations.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate day-to-day HandS activities including site inspections, risk assessments, HandS training and inductions, maintaining records and working closely with the facilities team
* Development and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 or relevant quality standards, internal auditing and support of root cause analysis and corrective action processes
* Maintenance of quality and compliance databases and systems, non-conformance databases and KPI data, identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role ideally in electronics manufacturing
* Excellent English language skills and ability to interpret legal documents to ensure compliance
* Proficient in MS Excel and Word for data analysis
* Familiar with ERP systems, e.g. Epicor, and QHSE management software
* Familiar with quality tools, APQP, FMEA/LEAN and SIX SIGMA tools, Quality circles, 5Y's etc.
