FLT Driver / Stock Handler

Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are supporting a specialist metal stockholder in their search for candidates to join them on a temporary – permanent basis.

As an FLT driver and stock handler, your duties would include:

• Goods in / goods out
• Locating and moving stock
• Stamping billets with precision and accuracy.
• FLT licence / experience is advantageous (Reach)

An ideal candidate would look like:

• Previous experience order picking / using a picking system
• Looking for long-term work with solid work history
• Looking for a settled career
• Job hoppers will not be considered

Hours and pay:

• Rotational shifts – early days and mid shifts
• £12.64ph starting rate, overtime at increased rates 
• Overtime paid (x1.5 in the week and Saturday's - x2 Sundays & Bank Holiday's)
