Role: Management Accountant

Are you a driven and experienced management accountant ready to take your career to the next level? A dynamic and rapidly growing group in Dudley is seeking a talented professional to join their finance team.
This is a full-time office-based role offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving business undergoing a significant growth journey.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing month-end close and reporting performance for multiple businesses in the group.
- Designing and implementing robust financial processes and controls aligned with the group's ambitious growth plans.
- Leading weekly cashflow reporting and forecasting for the group.
- Managing financial integration and reporting for newly acquired businesses.
- Developing performance measures and KPIs to drive business success.
- Enhancing financial data flows, including CRM and stock take information.
- Contributing to significant projects such as ERP implementation and process automation.
What we're looking for:
- Qualified Management accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent) with a solid understanding of month-end processes.
- Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Experience in tax matters, ERP systems, and Excel; ERP implementation experience is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- A proactive, adaptable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to process improvement.
