Main Responsibilities:
- Cross referencing information between multiple software systems to maintain accurate and consistent records.
- Using initiative to solve problems and resolve minor issues.
- General administrative tasks- filing, scanning, photocopying.
- Performing administrativetasks related to procurement, payroll, and factory documentation.
- Working on a computer for the majority of the day, completing administrative work consistently and efficiently.
- Learning and using various software systems (training will be provided for some systems).
- Ensure all tasksare completed accurately and to the highest standard.
Successful candidate will have:
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with precision and care.
- Highly organised with an exceptional eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proactive and able to identify and resolve simple issues independently.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Packages (Word, Excel, etc.,) is required; experience with 'Sage' or similar software is a plus but not essential.
- Experience working in an 'Office'.
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5.30 (Hours are flexible BUT must be able to work 5 days per week).
Hourly Rate- 12ph
