My client is seeking a Temporary Office Administrator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenging role in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Included:
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage and maintain the office filing system
- Organise and schedule meetings and appointments
- Liaise with clients and suppliers
Skills and Attributes:
- Experience within an office / administrative environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proactive and able to use initiative
