We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Export & Sales Support professional to join a dynamic team within a business which has been established for over 30 years.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of administration , as well as a background in sales support activities or a willingness to learn.

You will act as a liaison between our sales team and external partners, ensuring timely and accurate processing of export documentation and coordination of shipments.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate export documentation and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Support the sales team by processing sales orders and tracking shipments.
  • You will be liaising between our sales team and external partners
  • Communicate with shipping and logistics providers to schedule and monitor shipments.
  • Assist in preparing quotes and proposals for potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and export activities in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the team to address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

The successful candidate will have the following skills :
  • Good understanding of international trade regulations and customs compliance (training can be undertaken).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software and SAGE Accounting Software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • The successful applicant will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be capable of juggling multiple tasks simultaneously, and possess outstanding communication abilities
