Janco Recruitmentare recruiting for anAluminium Fabricatoron behalf of our clients based inDudley.
TheAluminium Fabricatorwill be responsible for fabricating high quality products and will become a valued member of a well established company with a long term career ahead.
The starting salary will be between 24,500 - 27,500 based upon experience.
The working hours are generally 8am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday with an earlier Friday finish.
Duties
- Fabricate metal components by cutting, shaping, and assembling materials as per engineering drawings.
- Operate power tools and hand tools effectively to complete tasks.
- Conduct inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Ensuring a clean and safe work environment is kept by following health and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes and resolve any fabrication issues.
Skills
- Experience working within a similar job role.
- Ability to follow drawings
- Competence in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Basic maths skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
