Job Title: Bystronic Brake Press Setter / Operator
Location: Dudley, West Midlands
Hours: Rotating Shifts (06:00 - 14:00 & 14:00 - 22:00)
Pay Rate: 13 - 14 per hour (depending on experience)
About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Bystronic Brake Press Setter / Operator to join our client, a leading sheet metal fabrication company based in Dudley. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in operating and setting Bystronic Brake Press machines to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate Bystronic Brake Press machinery.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Ensure accurate folding and bending of sheet metal parts.
- Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards.
- Work efficiently to meet production deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Brake Press Setter / Operator, preferably on Bystronic machines.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and follow instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexible and reliable with a willingness to work rotating shifts.
Shift Pattern:
- Week 1: 06:00 - 14:00
- Week 2: 14:00 - 22:00
Shifts rotate weekly.
Pay Rate:
13 - 14 per hour, depending on experience.
