Job Title : CNC Machinist
Location : Dudley
Salary : 33,000 - 33,500
Oliver Rae is currently recruiting an experienced CNC Machinist to join our clients thriving team. This role will be working within a busy Tool Room ensuring that the correct actions of grinding, smoothing, machining, cutting & any other fabrication is completed on tools before them being sent out to production. This is a permanent role employed directly through the business from day one.
Brief Description of Job Duties:
Quality inspecting with the use of various measuring metrology.
Conducting daily checks.
Support hourly and daily production plan adjustments.
Grinding, cutting, fabricating and conventional machining parts.
CNC Machine Setting, Programming and Operating.
Overhead crane operating.
Maintaining tools and machinery.
Carry out the tool changeover processes as required.
Reading drawings.
Making suggestions for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Must have CNC Setting and Operating knowledge.
Must have inspection experience.
Must be able to read drawings.
Must be able to work rotating shifts.
Other :
Working hours are rotating shifts 06:00 - 14:00 & 14:00 - 22:00 with early finishes on a Friday.
