Job Overview:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support via phone and email. You must be confident in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and delivering outstanding service with every interaction. Experience with Zendesk is highly preferred, though training will be provided for the right candidate.
Working hours:
9am-5pm Monday to Friday
Hourly rate:
12 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming customer calls and emails
- Providing accurate information and support and resolving issues
- Using Zendesk (or similar CRM) to manage customer queries and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and following up on unresolved queries
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role (essential)
- Confident and professional on the phone and via email
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Zendesk or other CRM software is highly preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
