Sales Administrator

An excellent role for an experienced Administrator to join an industry leading engineering company.

Do you have experience working within a sales function? Are you a confident individual with good customer service skills?

This company make products for some of the largest global blue chip companies in the world and due to continued growth are looking for a full time Administrator to join to support the sales team.

You will work alongside the sales team, handling various administration tasks and ensuring the efficiency of sales operations. This will involve managing paperwork, co-ordinating with different departments, and proving excellent customer services.

This role will suit an individual with strong administrator experience looking to join an expanding company where you will have further opportunities to develop as well as progress within the business.

The Role:

  • Duties include but not limited to receiving and processing sales orders, processing quotations, dealing with customer inquiries/complaints, update and maintain databases
  • Perform general admin tasks such as first point telephone answering, filing, data entry, scanning, front door.
  • 8:00am-4:30pm Monday to Friday

The Person:

  • Strong Admin experience
  • Confident communicator, good customer service skills
  • Previous experience supporting a sales function would be highly beneficial
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft and CRM systems
