A brand new exciting opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join my client based in Dudley. They are a growing SME looking to invest time and training into the right candidate.
This is a great opportunity if you are a strong Electrical Engineer looking for a days based, hands-on maintenance role.
The ideal candidate will ideally have a minimum of 2 years' experience within maintenance, come from a FMCG or food background, and be able to hit the ground running.
Role Description
- As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring production equipment is maintained to as high standard ensuring the smooth running of the plant
- Involved in projects
- Installation work
- Responding efficiently to breakdowns and carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
Skills and Qualifications
- Packaging, FMCG or Food background ideal
- Electrical qualifications - 18th Edition or equivalent
- General PLC knowledge
- Fault finding capabilities
- Experienced working on pumps, inverters, fillers, depallitizers, labelers, conveyors
