A company in Dudley is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a permanent position in the construction industry.
The role offers an annual salary of £50,395, which includes a shift allowance and an annual bonus.
Weekly shifts will rotate between 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm, and 10pm - 6am.
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of medium to heavy industrial electrical experience and relevant qualifications in Electrical Engineering.
The position requires knowledge of AC & DC systems, the ability to read electrical drawings, and some PLC experience.

Annual Salary: 50,395 includes shift allowance and annual bonus
Weekly Shifts: 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm / 10pm - 6am rotating

Main Duties of an Electrical Maintenance Electrician:

The ability to competently work both alone and within a team environment
Ability to read electrical and engineering drawings.
Knowledge of working with AC & DC, single & 3 phase systems and inverter drives.
Attending plant breakdowns
Partake in TPM/PPM activities
Repair, maintain and improve plant equipment to a required standard
Undertake occasional installation/continuous improvement projects as required

Requirements of an Electrical Maintenance Technician:

3 + Years of medium to heavy, industrial electrical experience preferred
To have some PLC experience although that work will be contracted out
Must be time served, holding qualifications in Electrical Engineering. (City & Guilds, BTEC, NVQ Level 3)
17th/18th Edition Electrical Installation
