We have partnered with a global leading manufacturing organisation, who are looking to appoint an HSEQ Adviser to cover their two manufacturing sites based near Dudley, West Midlands. It's a fast-paced environment and we are seeking a hands-on HSEQ advisor who can build relationships at all levels and continue to drive the safety culture.

Our client has grown from strength to strength over the past few years and has recently been acquired by a large American company so it's an exciting time to join and grow with the business.

The HSEQ Advisor Role:

- Support and guide on various site HSEQ matters
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across the site, promoting the development of a positive culture and best practice
- Ensure all H&S training needs are fulfilled
- Audit site-based management systems (ISO (phone number removed) & 9001 to ensure full compliance
- Develop and run HSEQ workshops and meetings

The HSEQ Advisor Candidate will have:

- Previous experience within an HSEQ role within a manufacturing environment
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent NVQ
- Ability to strongly influence various internal stakeholders
- Experience of PUWER & LOLER
- Experience of ISO 45001, 14001 and 9001 management systems
