ABC Teachers is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team at a respected SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) school in Dudley. The Role:
- 1:1 Student Support: Work closely with students, providing individualized support for those with a range of complex and profound educational needs.
- Adapt Learning Materials: Modify teaching resources and strategies to ensure they meet the unique needs of each student, fostering an inclusive learning atmosphere.
- Classroom Assistance: Support the class teacher with daily tasks, including resource preparation and lesson customization.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
- Previous experience working in an SEND setting, especially with students who have complex needs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to be flexible in dynamic situations.
- A genuine passion for supporting young people with special needs and helping them succeed.
- The capability to provide suitable references and undergo a DBS check.
