Trainee Recruiter

IRS are seeking a Trainee Recruiter to join their team.

IRS are specialist supplier of temporary and contracted labour solutions into a wide variety of industries and we are looking for a dynamic, pro-active and positive candidate to join our new office team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.

IRS will provide you with all of the necessary tools, including a New Laptop, Smartphone & Business Essentials to complete your duties, as well as on the job training with the business owners to provide a first-class service to our candidates and clients.

This job will be busy and fast paced - you duties will vary from day to day and you will be required to manage different tasks in order of priority, so some time-management skills would be advantageous.

Duties to include

• Contacting prospective clients upselling our business
• Client Meetings face2face
• Marketing and mail shots
• Candidate screening
• Reception and answering telephone calls
• Contacting prospective candidates
• Booking staff into shifts and clients
• Liaising with clients and collating information and timesheets
• Basic office duties such as scanning, emailing and updating database in-line with company policies.

This role is permanent. We offer a competitive starting salary, with uncapped commission, claimed expenses, brand new, shop front offices & FREE secure & safe car parking.

Realistic OTE is 30,000+

Ideal candidate must have a drivers license and own vehicle.

Standard working hours will be office based daily, Monday to Friday working 40 hours between 0800am and 5:00pm, with early finishes daily once works completedand early finishes on Fridays

Candidates should bbe flexible as we offer out of hours service on adhoc basis
