Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their IT needs are met and exceeded.
- Account Management:Manage client accounts, including regular check-ins, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for additional services.
- Technical Support Coordination:Work closely with our technical team to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues.
- Sales Support:Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotes, and presentations for potential and existing clients.
- Market Research:Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.
Requirements:
- Experience:Previous experience in account management or a customer-facing role, preferably within the IT sector.
- Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Knowledge:Basic understanding of IT services and solutions.
- Problem-Solving:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
