Job Overview:
* Provide 1st and 2nd line support to internal users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via phone, email, and remote support tools
* Install, configure, and maintain desktop PCs, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
* Support Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, and various IT systems
* Ensure timely and accurate logging of all issues in the ticketing system
* Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems
* Perform routine maintenance and system updates
Experience:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support role
* Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office 365
* Familiarity with Active Directory and network troubleshooting
* Experience with hardware and software installation and maintenance
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and within a team environment
