Assembly Operative

Alliance Personnel is seeking a dedicated Assembly Operator to join one of their clients based in Dudley.

As an Assembly Operator, you will play a crucial role in manufacturing process, utilizing your expertise in hand tools, power tools, mechanical knowledge, and warehouse operations to assemble products efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Operate hand and power tools to assemble various electrical components according to specifications
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in the warehouse environment
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Perform quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet standards

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in using hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks
• Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Working hours Monday - Thursday 8:15am - 4:45pm , Friday 8:15am - 2pm
