PageGroup are delighted to support a leading manufacturing business based in Dudley with the appointment of a HR Business Partner to support with an interim 12 month assignment.
This role can offer hybrid working - Circa 2-3 days per week on site.
Description
The role of HR Business Partner is a busy, fast-paced, generalist opportunity. Reporting to a HR Director, the role will partner with a number of sites around the UK, you will mostly be based in the West Midlands however, some travel is required business needs dependent.
You will support stakeholders with a wide range of people matters, including but not limited to:
- Support a HR Advisor to take responsibility for a wide range of employee relations casework including complex matters
- Provide advice and guidance to stakeholders regarding generalist people matters
- Up-skill managers and leadership to deal with people matters
- Support the HR Director with a wide range of HR projects and initiatives
- Support the HR Director with the implementation of the people strategy
- Work closely with the SLT to assist the business achieve the commercial goals
Profile
Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background in a similar role.
