Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (DOE)
Work Schedule: 3 days a week in the office, 2x days a week from home

Role Overview: As a Social Media & Content Creator, you will play a crucial role in shaping our online voice and driving engagement across our social media platforms. You will create eye-catching content that resonates with our audience and supports our marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
  • Monitor social media trends and incorporate them into our content strategy.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and promote campaigns and product launches.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages.
  • Analyze social media performance and provide insights for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh ideas and concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
