Flourish Education is recruiting for a High-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), who is dedicated and experienced, to join an OFSTED rated good school in Dudley.
This full-time and long-term role offers a competitive day rate of £100 - £110 per day and is due to start ASAP and continue on an ongoing basis.
The HLTA will primarily work across the school covering classes PPA Cover (in Year 3 and 4) but will be based within a year 3 class when not teaching. During the classroom support, the HLTA will complete interventions and booster work with Year 3 pupils

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a UK Primary School setting
A valid HLTA qualification or QTS
Exceptional behaviour and classroom management skills
Strong references from recent employers or school placements
