We are looking for a Field & User Support Analyst to work within public sector.
Location: Onsite - Dudley, Bradford
About the role: You will be responsible to install, support and maintain network and mobile communication devices in order to ensure provision of specified services and meet associated service levels agreements
Essential Skills: The ideal candidates will hold MV clearance and have an extensive Field & User Support background, with the following skills/ experience:
- Knowledge around Radiocommunications, preferably Airwave Radio network.
- Experience of a secure private mobile communications network used by emergency services to support public safety.
- Experience in support and administer overt radio communications, duties include managing, configuring and maintenance of Motorola and Sepura radios across the estate.
- Experience of IT second line support, ideally relating to a computing environment.
- Experience of resolving complex technical problems relating to deployed devices.
- Experience around Motorola Integrated Terminal Manager (ITM) and Sepura Radio Manager. (Desirable)
