Main Responsibilities:
- Assist with candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.
- Manage job postings and respond to applications.
- Maintain and update candidate databases.Schedule interviews and provide administrative support to our recruitment consultants.
- Communicate with candidates.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Successful Candidates will have:
- Previous administration experience (Recruitment experience is advantageous).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Great communication skills- both written and verbal.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work efficiently under pressure.
