Customer Co-Ordinator

Based in Dudley

Part Time - Maternity Cover (9 months from October 2024 - July 2025)

Monday to Thursday, 9:30am until 2:30pm

11.50 per hour

Interviews to be held this week with an ideal ASAP start date for the right candidate.

Ongoing training will be provided on site.

My client is in search of a genuine people person looking to join their growing manufacturing operations for a maternity cover period of nine months. This role will offer the successful candidate a part time role within a small family feel team. You will be instrumental in driving our customer initiatives and enhancing our online presence.

Daily Duties

  • Manage and enhance online marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email marketing, and search engines.
  • Analyse and report on the performance of sales and marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Create engaging content and promotional materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
  • Create, maintain, and build on existing client relationships whilst actively identifying any new business opportunities.
  • Utilise CRM software to track customer interactions.
  • Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for our products.
  • Answering customers' questions, resolving their concerns, and providing additional information via calls and emails.
  • Explaining and demonstrating the functions and features of products and services we offer.
  • Liaising closely with other departments.

Qualifications

  • High levels of clear communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A want to do well, creative thinker with an enthusiastic air!
  • Confident IT user, specifically within MS programmes.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively.
