Childrens Support Worker Agency Role
Flexible Hours | GBP14-GBP20 per hour | West & East Midlands

We are looking for compassionate and experienced childrens support workers to work flexibly across the West and East Midlands in various settings, including:
- Mother & baby placements Providing supervision and guidance to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
- Childrens residential homes Supporting young people with challenging behaviour, helping them develop life skills and emotional resilience.
- Family homes & community settings Engaging children in positive activities, promoting well-being, and ensuring their safety.
- Supervised contact sessions Overseeing and supporting contact between children and their parents or siblings, ensuring a safe and positive experience.
Our young people may have a range of needs, including ADHD, autism, mental health conditions, learning disabilities, self-harm, risk of CSE (Child Sexual Exploitation), absconding, and trauma-related behaviours. Your role will be to offer stability, encouragement, and compassionate care.
What We Offer:
- Pay rate: GBP14-GBP20 per hour (depending on location, shift complexity & duration)

What Were Looking For:
- At least 12 months of experience working with children in a care setting within the UK
- A genuine passion for supporting children and young people
- Ability to manage challenging behaviour and work with complex needs
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
