Key Responsibilities:
* Provide individual and small group support to students with SEN, adapting learning materials to meet their needs.
* Assist the classroom teacher in delivering tailored lessons, ensuring inclusivity for all students.
* Promote positive behaviour and assist students with emotional, social, and behavioural challenges.
* Work closely with specialists, such as speech and language therapists, educational psychologists, and other external professionals.
* Monitor and track student progress, sharing updates with teachers, parents, and other relevant parties.
* Encourage independence and self-confidence in students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Candidate Requirements:
* Level 2/3 TA qualification or relevant SEN qualification.
* Previous experience working with children with SEN, including autism, ADHD, and other learning difficulties.
* Empathetic, patient, and committed to supporting the unique needs of SEN students.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work as part of a team and liaise with external professionals.
* A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.
