What You'll Do:
- Provide tailored support to students with SEN, helping them to engage with the curriculum and achieve their goals.
- Work closely with the SENCO and class teachers to implement Individual Education Plans.
- Create a safe and supportive environment where every student feels valued.
What We're Looking For:
- Someone with a strong desire to support students with special needs.
- Experience working in an SEN environment is highly desirable.
- A patient, understanding, and empathetic approach to education.
