RG Consultancy are excited to be working with a well established manufacturer and distributor in Dukinfield who are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join their small finance department. This is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring assistant accountant/assistant management accountant as training and study support can be given for AAT or CIMA. The Role
- To support the Assistant Management Accountant with month end preparations
- Support the management accounts function
- Assist with accruals/prepayments
- Assist with variance analysis and budgets
- Assist with bank reconciliations
- Assist with any other administrative/adhoc tasks as required by the Assistant Management Accountant
The Person
- At least 1 or 2 years' experience within an accounts/finance role
- Studying AAT with a desire to progress to become AAT qualified or move to CIMA
- Strong desire and willingness to progress and take on quality training
