Your new companyA highly successful and well-established manufacturing company who pride themselves on their innovative approach, providing high quality solutions and excellent customer service. they are looking to recurit a high calibre, graduate to join their finance team.Your new roleYou will be joining an experienced finance team and will be working within the management accounts team. Supporting and learning the day-to-day finance functions, you will also produce weekly KPI reports, collating and analysing data along with reconciliations and resolving various queries, both liaising with contacts both internally and externally. At the month end you will assist with various reports including sales and budget figures, accruals and prepayments and general ledger. Your duties will grow as you take on new tasks and develop your experience further.What you'll need to succeedYou will be a recent graduate, ideally in Accountancy and Finance or an equivalent degree like Maths or Economics. You will also have had some work experience alongside your studies, with relevant office or accounting exposure as an advantage. Competency in using Excel at an intermediate level will be required along with strong attention to detail and being organised. Above all, you will possess excellent communication skills, be enthusiastic and motivated to learn and take on new skills, as well as work collaboratively in order to liaise with various stakeholders and non-finance people every day.What you'll get in returnFlexible working options are available after your probation period, with hybrid working.
