We are looking for an experienced Goods inwards Administrator to work out of our busymanufacturing facility in Dukinfield.

As a Goods inwards Administrator, you will be a customer focused individual who will pride yourself on giving outstanding levels of service to our customers and supporting the core functions of the business.

Your Responsibilities

  • Distribution of document packs to customers
  • Procurement activities, Purchase requests & Goods receipt postings
  • Stock control & stock counts
  • Logistics & creation of commercial invoices
  • Scanning of completed route cards & goods receipt notes, file as appropriate within SAP
  • Provide support to loading bay team
  • Answer Telephones & Handle customer enquiries
  • Provide production updates to customers
  • SAP master data creation & maintenance; customers, vendors & materials
  • Keying Sales Orders into SAP

Your Profile

Essential skills

You will have had exposure to roles in Customer Service, where support and interaction was provided to customers to deliver products and services.

Strong Communication skills with the ability to influence and reassure customers

An appreciation of engineering/manufacturing terminology

Ideally you will have worked within engineering/manufacturing sector

Excellent IT Skills ( Microsoft Office, SAP)
