About the Internal Sales Account Manager role:

As our Internal Sales Account Manager, you will ensure the retention of existing business through proactive outgoing telephone and email communications

Key responsibilities as our Internal Sales Account Managerinclude:

  • To introduce and sell promotions, new products and services (Gap Fill) to those customers
  • To canvas and win new customers through referrals, data acquisition and targeted new business campaigns
  • To promote and encourage use of the company’s Ecommerce system, SmartPad.
  • To overall increase sales and margin in existing customers in line with targets
  • To work with the Regional Sales Division to identify opportunities and threats to existing customers where there would be benefit from external support
  • To competently, deal with objections and close business through the application of first class selling skills
  • To deal with customer orders, queries and complaints efficiently where appropriate cannot be done through SmartPad
  • To maintain a first class standard of service, collaboration and communication with both our internal and external customers
  • Undertake all activities in line with Company Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures and participate in the development of a safe and healthy workplace.
