It is a place where learning is encouraged in an environment of care, respect, and dedication to high standards.Key Responsibilities:- Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).- Help implement strategies to support students' individual learning plans.- Assist with classroom activities and promote engagement in lessons.- Support students with personal care, as needed.- Work alongside teachers and SENCO to deliver targeted interventions and ensure the students' needs are met.- Encourage student independence and self-confidence.What We Are Looking For:- Experience in supporting students with SEN (desirable but not essential).- A passion for working with young people and helping them reach their potential.- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.- Patience, understanding, and empathy.- A proactive and flexible approach to working in a school setting.- Relevant qualifications or training (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification, SEN training) is desirable but not essential.Why Work With Us?- Supportive School Environment: You will be working in a school known for its caring and supportive approach to both students and staff.
