Job description: Venn Group have been approached by a Local Authority in the South West to recruit a Council Tax Officer. The vacancy will be running until the end of March 2025 with a possible extension. This is a remote role.

Duties:

Carried out all administration relating to the billing of Council Tax
Set up and closed council tax accounts
Processed change of circumstance including discounts and exemptions
Updated accounts and dealt with move ins/outs
Set up Direct Debits
System used: Civica OPENRevenues

Hourly Rate: Negotiable
