Robert Half are pleased to be exclusively partnering with a global organisation based in Swindon to recruit a Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis. This role will partner closely with senior stakeholders internally across Europe and Asia, and requires a commercially astute qualified accountant with 2+ years PQE.
The role
The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for a range of duties requiring them to be hands on whilst also capable of partnering with senior stakeholders. This role would suit someone who has proven business partnering/FP&A experience with at least 2 years post qualified experience within a large organisation. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Supporting the EMEA & APAC Managing Directors and Commercial Team in analysing the profitability and capacity in the region.
- Financial consolidation and analysis of EMEA-APAC revenue, profit and capex monthly.
- Assisting in the preparation of detailed quarterly forecasts.
- Leading on projects to support with transformation and change.
- Management of the annual business plan process
- Assist with investment appraisals.
- Financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
- Managing a team of 3.
- Quarterly travel overseas when required.

Profile
The successful candidate will have the following skills/attributes:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with 2+ years post qualified experience.
- Be on an upwards trajectory career wise, keen to progress and add value.
- Experience of working for a global business in a commercial capacity (business partnering, FP&A, commercial finance).
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate to advanced excel skills.
- Line management experience would be an advantage but not essential.
Package
- £65,000 - £75,000 base salary.
- Car allowance.
