Locum Democratic Services Officer – Full Time – Hybrid Working – Up to £25 per hour (Umbrella)
Venn Group is seeking a Democratic Services Officer to join a respected Local Authority on an interim basis. An ideal candidate can demonstrate prior Democratic Services experience within Local Government.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and distribution of meetings agendas
- Supporting the Council’s democratic decision-making processes, including servicing Committees and supporting elected members
- Attending and supporting regular evening meetings as required
Role Details:
- Duration: Initial 3-month contract, with a strong potential for extension
- Working Arrangements: Hybrid Working Available
- Rate: Up to £25 per hour (via Umbrella)
