Dovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in Wiltshire.

Job Purpose
  • Support and manage apprenticeship programs, ensuring smooth enrollment, progress, and completion.
  • Act as the main contact for employers and apprentices, providing guidance and assistance.
  • Ensure all apprenticeship programs meet funding, compliance, and quality standards.
Main Duties
  • Work with instructors to determine training costs, schedules, and course content.
  • Guide apprentices and employers through the enrollment process, including funding applications.
  • Promote apprenticeships by attending events, engaging with employers, and recruiting apprentices.
  • Monitor apprentice progress, attendance, and performance, providing support as needed.
  • Ensure accurate documentation for audits, funding compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Address any workplace issues, complaints, or health and safety concerns.
Requirements
  • Strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
  • Must have basic qualifications in English, Math, and IT
  • Experience in advising, recruiting, or managing apprenticeships is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle pressure.
  • Able to start quickly
  • Must have a license and car to travel when required
