A highly reputable architectural practice, known for transforming historic buildings with modern design, is seeking an Architectural Technologist to join their friendly team. The practice's projects include hotels, leisure, residential, and commercial spaces, all characterized by high end design and a commitment to quality. The practice offers an inspiring environment for Architectural Technologists who are passionate about architecture, craftsmanship, and heritage conservation. With a number of exciting project son the horizon this is a great opportunity for an Architectural Technologist to become an integral member of a successful practice in Somerset.

The successful Architectural Technologist will be a proficient user of AutoCAD, Adobe Suite and Sketch Up with experience of heritage and high end residential projects and ideally job running experience.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:
- Member of CIAT / already Chartered
- HND/ HNC or degree in Architectural Technology
- Couple of years of post qualification experience
- Well verse in AutoCAD, the Adobe Suite and Sketch Up
- Excellent technical drawings and detailing
- Strong understanding of current building regulations and planning applications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience working on heritage, residential and commercial projects
- Work well within a team environment
- Keen to input to continuing the success and growth of the practice
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Live locally to Somerset
