  • Primary responsibility will involve translating the design concepts created by architects into detailed technical drawings and specifications that can be used for construction
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and planners
  • Ensure designs meet technical and regulatory standards
  • Ensure designs meet planning requirements
  • Produce comprehensive construction documentation, including detailed drawings, schedules, and specifications
  • Oversee the technical aspects of projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
  • Present technical information and provide clarification to clients when necessary

The Person:

  • Architectural Technician, Architectural Technologist or Architectural Assistant
  • Proficiency in CAD (Revit cross training provided)
  • Knowledge of M4 (CAT 2 & 3), NDDS and planning
