I am searching for an experienced Senior Architect with creative design flare to join a well-established practice in North Somerset. The team work on a range of residential and mixed-use projects and provide services from concept through to completion. The friendly team execute every project to the highest standard and pride themselves on their commitment to sustainability.
The successful Senior Architect will have significant experience post Part 3 qualification and will have worked on a wide range of residential projects. You will have excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations and should be comfortable managing projects through all stages. Revit and AutoCAD proficiency is essential,
Responsibilities, Experience and Skills for the role of Senior Architect:
- Significant experience post Part 3 qualification
- ARB registered
- Confident liaising with clients and contractors
- Able to manage a small team
- Mentor junior team members
- Residential experience is essential
- Happy running projects from inception to completion
- Good knowledge of current UK building regulations
- Must be proficient using Revit and AutoCAD
