Capacity Manager - 6 month contract - SC clearance - Wiltshire 5 days onsiteOur consultancy client is looking for an experienced individual to take ownership of Capacity Management, Availability, and Demand Processes for one of their public sector clients.Due to the nature of the client and the urgency of the requirement, candidates with active SC clearance would be preferred as well as the ability to work 5 days onsite in Wiltshire.This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage IT resource planning, ensure system performance aligns with service level agreements, and enhance service efficiency through proactive forecasting and trend analysis.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • ITIL V4 Foundation certification preferred; additional ITIL certifications are advantageous.
  • Proven ability to develop training material, schedule and deliver training sessions, and mentor team members.
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, integration, and architecture concepts.
  • Experience using analytical and reporting techniques, with knowledge of statistics and quality management.
  • Ability to assess cross-system interrelations within a global business context.
  • Expertise in Service Management frameworks, quality documentation, and report writing.
  • Solid management skills, including time management, communication, and problem-solving.
  • Experience in managing meetings and working with third-party providers.
