Position:Â Senior Dynamics 365 Consultant
Location:Â Remote, with occasional travel to London
Salary: Up to £70,000
Role Summary
As a Senior Dynamics 365 Consultant, you will be responsible for advising clients on Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives. You will assess client needs, configure and optimise Dynamics 365, and provide training and support. Working closely with stakeholders, you will refine business processes, develop efficient solutions, and help maximise the value of the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor, delivering expert guidance on Dynamics 365 implementations.
- Configure and tailor Dynamics 365 to fit specific business processes.
- Analyse business workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
- Lead and contribute to the implementation of solutions using a low-code/no-code approach.
- Provide user training and ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption.
- Conduct thorough testing to maintain system reliability and performance.
- Manage system requirements and maintain an organised backlog.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications and process guidelines.
- Facilitate discussions and workshops to present technical insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure timely delivery and stakeholder engagement.
- Support risk and issue management within projects.
What We’re Looking For
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Experience mentoring junior consultants and supporting team development.
- Understanding of Microsoft Azure, DevOps, and related technologies.
- Familiarity with Power Platform tools, including Power BI, Canvas Apps, and integrations with Azure.
Experience & Expertise:
- Hands-on experience implementing and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly Customer Engagement and Customer Service modules.
- Knowledge of PowerApps, Power Automate, and experience working with various Dynamics 365 versions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders, manage expectations, and present ideas clearly.
- Experience in business analysis, gathering requirements, and mapping business processes.
- A track record of producing high-quality documentation, including functional specifications.
