- Consult with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
- Customise and implement Dynamics 365 CE applications to align with client requirements.
- Provide expert advice on best practices for leveraging Dynamics 365 CE features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
- Conduct user training and support to maximise the adoption and effectiveness of solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during and after implementation.
- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant or in a similar role (At least 3 years’ experience).
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement including exposure to modules such as; Sales, Marketing, Customer Insights & Field Service.
- Ability to gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Experience in customising and configuring Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Salary up to £70,000
