We are on the lookout for a dedicated Area Sales Manager to grow our South-East territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing new business strategies and maintaining relationships with key clients.

Description

  • Growing and managing accounts across your designated territory
  • Re-engaging dormant clients and identifying fresh new business opportunities
  • Building strategic area plans and prioritising high-return leads
  • Championing our service-based business model to drive customer adoption
  • Using CRM tools to track activity, manage pipelines, and drive performance
  • Collaborating with internal teams and brand partners to deliver exceptional customer value
  • Hitting key sales targets, KPIs, and ensuring compliance with pricing and credit terms

Profile

A successful Area Sales Manager should have:

  • Proven B2B sales experience with a strong track record of smashing targets
  • Expertise in value-based selling and new business development
  • Pipeline and account management experience
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Ability to analyse sales data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Lives in the South-West and can travel frequently
